About Me
I’m an AuDHD woman who helps other neurodivergent women find clarity, emotional safety, and grounded self-trust in dating.
For years, I experienced the same cycle so many of us do — getting attached quickly, overthinking every signal, and blaming myself when relationships felt confusing or painful. What I didn’t understand at the time was that my nervous system was doing its best to stay safe in emotionally unpredictable situations.
Everything changed when I began learning how attachment, trauma, and nervous system regulation actually work — especially in autistic and ADHD women. Dating stopped feeling like chaos, and started feeling like something I could observe, understand, and choose from.
Now I share what I’ve learned in a way that’s calm, direct, and grounded in how our bodies process connection. My work isn’t about games, manipulation, or forcing outcomes. It’s about helping AuDHD women slow down, see clearly, and protect their peace while they build relationships that actually feel safe.
